Week 38 of 130

Weeks 38 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.

The new semester and spring term started this week. It is my first week in BMAL 710 Understanding the Organization. It was a rather light week; the normal introductions and a short writing assignment. It was an abstract for our big research project in week 7. I am writing about problems in the Dreamchaser Leadership organization and our Serum Run Expedition trip last winter. I will be examing strategic decision making, team management, and group dynamics.
