First things first, I am not feeling it in this program at all. Taking a step back from a doctorate program which was pretty much me working on my own to this masters program where it feels like a bunch of hand-holding. 

I do not know why we have to do these stupid 300 word discussion posts and two 300 replies to fellow students, that nobody is reading anyway, compounding the fact that we are required to write 1500-2000 word papers (up to 10 pages) on pretty boring material. 

Maybe it will get better…

I doubt it.  This is only week two of BMAL 620:Nonprofit Leadership and Board Governance and I do see a lot of issues in the nonprofits that I am a part of with common pitfalls in other organizations.
