Glass: Rocks glass
Ingredients
2 1/2 oz bottled-in-bond apple brandy
1/4 oz birch syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 cinnamon apple slice
Instructions
Add all liquid ingredients to a rocks glass with a large ice cube. Use bar spoon to stir and combine the ingredients. Keep in mind the drink will continue to evolve in the glass as the ice melts.
Garnish by placing a cinnamon apple slice on top of the drink. If you have one on hand, add a star anise pod on top of the apple slice!
