Weeks 167 to 169
Well… I made it through BMAL 887. It was a long, tough road and more than a half of a year of work but I made it!
Thank you to all who provided support and my rantings and ramblings over the course of many weeks and thank so much to all of you that have found me online and reached out and connected because of this blog.
I just hope that I can continue to provide some inspiration on this journey that we are on together.
Never give up!
I have about a week off before the fall term starts and that will be by first attempt at BMAL 888. It starts on Monday August 21, and I will be in Denver, Colorado where I am speaking at the largest podcast conference in the world, Podcast Movement.
Wish me luck!
After the conference, Michele and I are hitting the road for the summer leg of the rock n roller coaster tour across America and will be hitting up theme parks, national parks and a concert or two along the way.
We are taking the (very) long way to Phoenix from Denver with stops in Missouri, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Arizona.
If you would like to meet up for a coffee, beer, or even an ice cream we have made it super easy. We would love to connect!
Oh, if you are on Twitter, I highly encourage you to follow the hashtags, #AcademicChatter and #AcademicTwitter both are great threads with advice, motivation, and a very supportive community and if you wouldn’t mind, give me a follow at @robertforto and send me a tweet letting me know you found my blog helpful!
Support the Blog
I get a small commission from Amazon by clicking and possibly buying something on the items below. A little can go a long way, and thank you very much for the support. Even if something here doesn’t fit your needs by clicking on one of the links and going to Amazon, buying something else through the site on that visit helps the blog too. It is called an “affiliate link,” which means that a click is a few cents in my pocket without any upcharge to you for your items.
If you are feeling REALLY generous or if you want to support in some other way, you can always shoot a buck or two on PayPal at firstname.lastname@example.org
