Week 9 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.
This week we are studying the behavioral and situational approach to leadership and our goal was to compare and contrast the two in our discussion board posts. I found some really interesting articles on opportunistic leadership and how they can be applied to our current political state and even every episode of the t.v. show, American Greed. I also discussed in the forum the complexity of a paternalistic/maternalistic approach to leadership and why it is not a good model for a small business.
