Week 42 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.

This was a busy writing week in BMAL 710. We had another case study to research and apply the principles of organizations to. It was about employee goals using three theories: goal-setting, expectancy, and motivation. Thankfully we are heading into week 6 of this course and we are more than halfway done.
