Week 30 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.
This week in BMAL704 it was back to the discussion boards! I wrote about Kotter’s eight steps toward organizational change and in particular to creating a strategy and vision as it applies to my dog training company. It was an interesting exercise to compare what we have been doing right and wrong and use our business as a model for my research. I bet most grad students don’t have that opportunity!
