Week 29 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.
This week in BMAL704 was fun. It was good to get back to writing again. On Saturday I spent four hours in the chair writing up a change scenario passed on Kotter’s eight-step model. I used the serum run trip as the organization and it was quite cathartic.
I also got my topic for the big project of the course approved. I will be researching succession models in a family firm.
