Week 27 of 130

Week 27 of approximately 130 is in the books in my doctorate program.

We are continuing our research into Kotter’s method of organizational change and this week we had to reply to two of our classmates’ discussion posts and provide new and relevant information from the scholarly literature.

I wrote my replies about change agents in the U.S. Army’s recruitment efforts and also a post on the barriers to organizational change and even got in a quote from the movie Ferris Bueller’s Day Off which says, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

This is sort of the calm before the storm as the first few weeks are pretty easy for this course. Week 3 is when it really kicks off.
