2 oz Tennesse whiskey
1 oz rosemary-beet shrub
2 dashes of orange bitters
3 oz sparkling water
Add whiskey, shrub, and bitters to a shaker with.1 or 2 ice cubes and whip shake. This combines and aerates the ingredients without too much dilution
Strain the shaker’s contents into a collins glass over fresh cubed ice then top with the sparkling water, stirring softly to combine.
