It has been a whirwind first few weeks back in school after almost a year off.

I am getting back into the groove of the typical flow of a masters level course. This includes discussion posts, discussion replies and even quizes.

Speaking of quizes, I havent had to do those since my first masters program and I swear that they write questions to deliberatly catch you up. In the last three of them I have missed several easy quwstions because the answers were so similar. I would bet they write the questions now, to try and thwart the use of AI and ChatGPT.

The discussions have been fun. This week we are examining a case study on the National Youth Organziation and aplying our leadrship style to the issues that are presented.

Last week we examined several theories and it was interesting to refelct on my understanding of agency theroy which I relied on heavily in my DSL.

It is hard to belive that we are already heading into week five of the term.

I spent the last two weeks over in South Korea working dog training clients. It was an excellent experience to see a new country and enjoy the culture.
