Seventeen years ago, I sat in the lobby of our training center on a Saturday morning in late January and pressed record. I had no idea what Dog Works Radio would become. I just knew the conversations mattered.
Since that first episode in 2009, we’ve never missed a week. Not once.
That matters to me because consistency is something I believe in deeply. With dogs. With leadership. With life. You don’t build trust by showing up when it’s convenient. You build it by showing up when it’s not.
In 2025 alone, Dog Works Radio reached listeners in 104 countries and crossed 568,000 downloads. That still blows my mind. But what I value most isn’t the scale. It’s the depth. The emails from listeners. The quiet messages that say, “This helped me think differently,” or “This made me slow down and do better by my dog.”
Dog Works Radio has never been about trends or shortcuts. It’s about doing the work and respecting the process.
If you’ve been listening since the early days, thank you. If you’re new here, welcome. Either way, I’m grateful you’re part of this journey.
